We are a boutique management consulting firm specializing in providing strategic advisory, transformation and M&A support to clients across Life Sciences, CPG and Manufacturing. Based in the UK, our team works closely with large global organizations to drive impactful change through conceptualization, design, and implementation of company-wide Transformation programs and Transactions.

We pride ourselves on delivering innovative, result-oriented solutions and are seeking an experienced Manager, Strategy and Analytics to join our team and support high-impact transformation engagements.

The Role

You'll own the analytical engine behind our most important client engagements, turning messy, complex data into the clarity that drives executive decisions.

You'll lead work across strategy, operating model design, and commercial performance, building the dashboards, models, and narratives that move organisations from diagnosis to action.

This isn't a back-office analytics role. You'll be in the room with senior stakeholders, shaping recommendations and driving implementation.

You'll be based in London, working from the office three or more days a week.

What you'll do

• Work directly with clients to frame business problems and design analytical approaches
• Lead end-to-end data analysis across large, multi-source datasets
• Build and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Present insights to senior stakeholders with clarity and conviction

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of consulting experience at top-tier firms
• Strong Power BI expertise (DAX, modelling, dashboards)
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset
• Ability to turn complexity into clear narratives
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Self-starter with ownership mindset
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
