Based in the UK, our team works closely with large global organizations to drive impactful change through conceptualization, design, and implementation of company-wide Transformation programs.
We pride ourselves on delivering innovative, results-oriented solutions and are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team and lead high-impact transformation engagements.
The Role
As a Senior Manager, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of complex client programs and be a strategic sparring partner to senior executives. You will lead workstreams across strategy, operating model design, and transformation management while guiding a high-performing team and shaping how our firm delivers value.
This is an opportunity to move beyond slide decks and desktop-based exercises: influence outcomes, implement change, and shape the next chapter of a growing firm. You'll be based in London and work in the office 3+ days a week.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end planning and delivery of client engagements: structure, manage and drive execution across workstreams to progress the transformation agenda.
- Build and manage senior client relationships and drive alignment across leadership teams.
- Understand customer problems and lead structured analyses including market and commercial assessments, operating model design, and cost optimization.
- Facilitate workshops on “Where to Play / How to Win” and future-state design.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
- Lead development of executive-ready presentations for C-suite stakeholders.
- Coach and develop consultants and contribute to internal capability building.
- Grow revenue through existing and new client relationships.
What we are looking for
- 10+ years of consulting experience, with recent tenure at a top-tier firm.
- Proven track record in transformation and business turnaround projects.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
- Experience managing teams in high-performance environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
